Reit im Winkl is situated in the area of the „Chiemgau“ in the bavarian alps.
The winter sports resort location is very well known over its frontiers, lies in a valley and is surrounded by sheltering mountains in the south, the east and the north and is only open towards the west.Therefore accumulating clouds do create a lot of snow fall in the winter.This is why the location is very popular for its snow guarantee and is often called the „snow whole“ of the alps.
Reit im Winkl lies at 700 meters a.s.l. and for this height the place has got the most frequent snow fall in the whole area oft he alps.

Your accomodation

Our house has got 8 beautiful holiday apartments and is south-facing with views towards the brilliant „Kaisergebirge“ mountains and lies directly at the cross-country ski run.The village´s house ski-lift and the bus station are in walking distance.From the bus station you can reach all the mountain railways nearby.
All apartments do provide big balconies with canvas chairs or seating furniture with cosy blankets to enjoy the wonderful winter sun even being away from the ski piste.
Our holiday apartments are all coming with comfortable appliance and are between 28 and 85 m2 big and offer space for 2-8 persons.
